A customer had this to say after a usual bad service from Jack in the box employees. "This Fajita Pita got home and wasn't even a sandwich. I had to fold it and put all the food back in between. This Jack in the Box quality control continues to go downhill. They give Jack a bad name. They never have tea. When they do it's old and disgusting. They consistently get the orders wrong!"

"The manager was extremely racist didnt care for her customers and or staff the place was unsafe unsanitary and I haven't even been trained or paid for the time I did work gave no warning of starting me immediately just threw me on spot expecting I'd get it right away and screamed and threw racial slurs when i didnt made me cry in front of everyone and other crew, and almost put us in harm being racist to customers..NoneEverything"

"Management is trash. Employees complain and express their concerns and they are all ignored. Even the higher ups that come to see the stores ignored us. Don't even ask how we are or how the store is doing. Store is always falling apart. All the Employees do as they wish. They have to hire new people almost every month because people quit because of horrible Management.Have a job and earn moneyeverything else"

"Hours went from 36 starting, to 40 hours, down to 24, to fired w/no cause. I was used for a sick covid girl as soon as she returned I'm let go. I can't get ahold of anyone. Im being ignored and blocked. Im so frustrated. I've trying to get ahold of other store managers for help & my message was ignored yet forwarded to my manager and I was harassed with questions why from her. I also made complaints about health concerns within the store and its funny I'm fired shortly after with no reason to why. I stated I was tired of my schedule changing every week, I work nights so my kids are gone for days/weeks at a time. I put a lot of time, energy, and great service to this company. Also I had a $15 gift card I left at the store and that was stolen too. No follow up. No answers. No cameras being checked NOTHING. Mr car blew up on the freeway on my way to work AAA couldn't give me a ride, I had no bus fair, so I couldn't make it one night, and I was harassed about that. My ex manager would also have conversations through text (so I can have proof) and over the phone confirming my availability yet she'd say she didn't know and that's why I wasn't on the schedule. She'd proceed to question me on days I didn't show up, when she verbally/ text me a different schedule than printed. I have proof of everything, yet im being ignored. No corporate contact, no supervisors, just nothing. Meet a lot of cool peopleNo breaks in a 8hr shift. People are late everybody gets to leave but you, no proper training, no management support, hr support, Nothing"

"There's always potential that different locations do things differently however supervision at my location was rude and uninformed. You are asked to cut corners in order to make your drive-thru time faster which included putting old food in new containers so that it was "fresh". Location had various issues with tech which made your drive-thru times almost impossible to meet standards. I wouldn't recommend unless if you are an absolute need of a job and income."

"My first week of starting that job I didn't get trained properly. Was put in front of cash register with no training I was always left by myself do too understaffed manager was always in the back and I was left to dealt with myself and customers. Was very overwhelming after a week of doing errands for them they let me off for a week when back work for 3 hours and then 4 the next day day.Great people to work withShort 10 minute breaks. No proper training"

"Manager was sexually inappropriate, threatened employees with her gun all the time, people drank alcohol on the job, manager always asking employees for pills and drugs, very dirty, disorganized, very hazardous, manager always messing w ur hours and pay, always ran out of food, felt like a very unorthodox environment to work in. Always in a rush. Nothing was ever good enough. A lot of discrimination and rumors. A lot of problems working with this company! It’s sad to see such a great place be run by unorthodox, Ill mannered Individuals! Would not recommend getting a job here unless they got new management . Good pay I guessEverything!"

"At first the job was easy enough but as soon as I got promoted the general manager stopped caring about me as a person and only cared about sales and numbers. They don’t care about you as a person they only care about how good of a job you do and if you start to falter you go from working 40hrs a week to working 8hrs a week or you would get moved to the overnight shift where it would only be you and another person, when it is just as busy during the morning shift where they have up to 8 people usually . I had seen it happen to a lot of my co workers where if they stood up for themselves they would end up having their hours cut or they would have to talk to the gym for over 2 hours on the clock but then that would leave the rest of the shift short handed"

I'm sitting at my hotel seeing customer after customer go thru drive thru and I can't order a pick-up. Never come here again, extremely disappointed watching ppl inside ignore you."

I’m currently in an overseas country and I’ve got a notification from my bank says that Jack in the Box company charged $27.46 of my credit card that’s why they blocked my card! Now I have to wait for a new card and I have to find a way to deliver it to where I am now! It’s totally pain in the a**! I ask everyone to stay away from these thieves!"

"I go to this jack in the box 7th street and union hills it is close to my house. Their not busy during this covid 19 so you would think they could get the order right. We love their popcorn chicken and it's a good value and great taste. This time we got crumbs of chicken and we ordered the large . we ask for hot sauce and ranch in which we didn't get. Someone in the kitchen today doesn't like their job much or just don't care. We get home to crumbs of chicken."

"ok today I got to jack in the box drive up and they were open. last week Sunday they were closed but there was no sign taped up in drive up . it was only about 330pm . which I find out today they are close a few weekend like that. so I then continue to order. and I order the fish deluxe sandwich. and diet cokes. which then they say they are out of diet cokes. :( . then I say tea instead. then when I get to the front the cashier tells me sorry I just found out were have run out of fish sandwiches. :( which I then order something else. the cashier was very very nice . I'm hoping the next time I go in they have fish sandwiches and diet cokes."
